Our commitment to clarity

At GDirect Operations LLC, we believe in transparent and straightforward partnerships. Our Terms of Service are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our process, from initial consultation to project completion, so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Key guidelines for our partnership

To foster a successful collaboration, we've established clear guidelines for every project. First, every project begins with a free demo, and no payment is required until the client has seen and approved this demo. Second, once approved, the project is billed as a single, one-time flat fee — not a subscription or hourly rate — and that fee will be clearly communicated before any payment is collected. Third, clients are entitled to a full refund if they are not satisfied with the work prior to final delivery; once a project is delivered and accepted, it is considered complete and the flat fee is non-refundable. Fourth, clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the project (such as branding materials, logins, or approvals), as delays on the client’s end may affect delivery timelines. Fifth, all custom work, code, and designs delivered become the property of the client upon final payment, while GDirect Operations retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

Handling project changes and unexpected needs

If something unexpected comes up during a project — such as a change in scope, additional features requested, or requirements that weren’t part of the original discussion — we communicate with the client as soon as it’s identified rather than making changes silently. We explain what the change involves, how it affects the timeline, and whether it impacts the originally agreed flat fee. Minor adjustments that fall within the original scope are handled at no extra cost. If a change significantly expands the scope of work, we discuss it with the client and agree on any pricing or timeline adjustment before proceeding — nothing is added to the cost without the client’s clear agreement first. Our goal is to keep the process transparent, so clients are never surprised by a bill or a delay they didn’t see coming.

Project completion and delivery

A project is considered officially completed and delivered once the final version of the website, application, or system has been built to match the agreed scope, presented to the client for review, and formally approved by the client. Before this point, the client has already seen and approved the free demo, so final delivery is confirmation that the finished product matches what was demonstrated and agreed upon. Once the client approves the final delivery and it is handed over — including any necessary access, files, or credentials — the project is marked complete, the flat fee becomes non-refundable, and the client officially owns the delivered work. If the client identifies issues that fall within the original agreed scope at this stage, we address them before considering the project fully closed.
